CONCEPT WITH ANTI-PUNCHING INSERT MADE OF HIGH RESILIENCE FOAM

• Obtained by moulding, this multi-materials stratification provides perfect adhesion that is time proof:

  • It does not split;

  • It does not require glues or solvents;

  • Perfect adherence of the 2 materials

  • Made of high resilience foam (HR) with high density (40kg/m3) preventing sagging effect.

SYST’AM®-INNOVATION: THE ANATOMICAL SHAPE INSERT MADE OF HR FOAM

• Anatomical shape for a better immersion of the sacrum area, resulting in an increase of the contact surface with the mattress and thereby contributes to a reduction in the high pressure values;

• Reinforced prevention against pressure sore on the sacrum region.

MANOMETER-GAUGE FOR PRECISE AND EFFICIENT INFLATING

• Mattress delivered with a manometer-gauge, for an easy, efficient and reproducible inflating of the POLYAIR® insert.

• The inflating of the air cells insert is possible without removing the cover thanks to a clever system of access to the valves, which grants complete sealing and mattress’ protection.

THE EVOLUTIVE CONCEPT

• Modular system easy to use through POLYAIR® insert(s) which can be placed for the buttock or heels areas depending on patient’s cutaneous stand.

• 2 moduls, available separately, allow to:

  • Add a second POLYAIR® insert;

  • Transform a VISCOFLEX® Air into a VISCOFLEX® Evolutive;

• Transform a VISCOFLEX® Evolutive into VISCOFLEX® Air

PERFORMANCE OF THE MULTIBEARING CONCEPT

The multibearing surface enables a better pressure distribution through the transfer of supports from areas with low bearing capacity toward areas with high bearing capacity:

WHITE AREAS:

Areas with low bearing capacity (softer foam) granting an increased prevention on areas at risk (sacrum, heels, shoulder blades).

BLUE AREAS:

Areas with high bearing capacity (firmer foam) for parts of the body showing a lower level of risk.
